About Me
I am an integrative psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, specialising in the treatment of eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and addictions. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with adults, adolescents, couples, and families.

In addition to my clinical work, I am an experienced clinical supervisor, providing supervision to therapists and other mental health professionals. My supervisory work is grounded in reflective, ethical, and supportive practice, tailored to the developmental needs of each supervisee.

Working collaboratively with individuals and, where appropriate, their families, I develop personalised and holistic treatment plans. My work is informed by existential, psychodynamic, and person-centred approaches, and incorporates CBT, systemic, and mindfulness-based techniques to support meaningful and sustainable change. I also offer specialised aftercare support for addiction, based on the 12-Step Minnesota Model.
I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) to help clients process distressing or traumatic life experiences that continue to impact emotional wellbeing and mental health in the present.
