One in four will experience mental health problems at some point in their lives, leading to feelings of stress, depression or anxiety. This can be brought on by major changes in your life, including bereavement, financial worries, work or relationship concerns.
I use existential philosophy and CBT techniques to help you understand and reframe your current situation in a more positive way. You will learn skills that will enable you to manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.
